Twice monthly direct routes from Texas base (mid country) to Midwest, Northeast, Kentucky, Florida and, California. Five modern rigs offering economic, dependable coast to coast service and connections with affiliated transports to out of the way places providing effective nationwide horse transportation.

Regularly scheduled trips from our centrally located office and layover facility in North Texas. One Friday three or four rigs go to the East Coast; the next Friday one or two rigs go to California. We set our schedules the first week in January and will be able to accurately predict the day of pickup and delivery throughout the year.

REQUIREMENTS

1. The horse(s) will need a Coggins test that is less than one year old, and a Health Certificate that is less than thirty (30) days old. These documents must be the originals (not copies) if traveling to or through Arizona, California, or Florida. Copies will be sufficient for all other trips. This paperwork must be with horse(s) at the origination and travel with horse(s) to the destination.

2. The horse(s) must have a good leather or nylon halter and be confined to a small area or stall for pickup.

3. One reasonably sized item (tackbox) will be shipped at no charge. There will be a charge for additional items.

4. Please advise us if we cannot safely get our rig IN & OUT of the pick up or delivery location.

5. A stall will be reserved beginning with your agreement to send a 50% advance deposit which will be expected within a few days and the balance (cash or bank cashiers check) will be due at either the origination or destination point.

RECOMMENDATIONS

1. Advise us of any unusual characteristics that might effect the horse(s) and/or our drivers during the trip. (Examples: Blindness, Kicks, Strikes, Colic History, Extreme age, Claustrophobia, Soundness Problems, etc.)

2. Furnish one bale of hay (per horse) so that we do not have to change their diet in transit, otherwise our coastal hay will be fed. If you have special feeding requirements please specify.

3. The horse(s) should not be fed grain one feeding before we pick up, or the feeding after delivery.

4. Bandage type leg-wear is not recommended. We suggest shipping boots, if the horse(s) are accustomed to wearing them.

5. It is not a horse's nature to be confined and shipped across country, therefore can be an uncomfortable and stressful event (especially their first trip.) If possible, your horse(s) should be exposed a few times to a confined space (stall) with any tack intended for their trip. Time spent preparing your horse(s) is not necessary, but will be advantageous to your horse's shipping experience.

PROCEDURES

It is our standard policy to fax our shipping contract and have it faxed back before your horse(s) are picked up.

We will call the day before pickup with a two hour time frame for when the rig will arrive for all pickups and deliveries. During that two hour time frame our drivers will call for more specific directions. It is very important that you provide us with ALL possible phone numbers, for pickup and delivery locations. We will not be able to locate by the address only.

If we can help you please give us a call. If you reach our voicemail:

1. Leave your name.

2. All possible phone numbers where we may reach you.

3. The origination (City and State)

4. The destination (City and State)

5. What kind of horse(s); quantity, breed, sex, and age.

6. Approximately when you'll be needing them shipped.

We'll get back with you as soon as possible.
